Specializing in airport IT solutions, A-ICE is celebrating an important anniversary in 2022 and invites delegates at the 23rd Annual Ground Handling International (GHI) Conference to join the festivities.
Established in 2004 by founders Claudio Ferrari, Claudio Costantini, and Marco Labricciosa, the company has reached its remarkable 18th birthday this year. Since its inception, A-ICE has consistently delivered software solutions to airport operators, airlines, and ground handlers at aviation hubs worldwide.
As a frequent participant in industry events, A-ICE opted to celebrate the milestone with the global aviation community attending the GHI Conference in Amsterdam. The company will offer birthday drinks to delegates visiting their stand (E50) during a presentation on December 1st. For more information, please contact one of the A-ICE team members.
Claudio Ferrari, co-founder and Sales Director of A-ICE, expressed pride in the company’s growth over the past 18 years, becoming a trusted supplier to leading airports and aviation companies worldwide. “Throughout this time, we have continuously developed our offerings and evolved as an organization, accumulating extensive experience,” he said.
Ferrari explained that the GHI Conference offers the perfect opportunity to reflect on A-ICE’s growth and envision its future. Now an 18-year-old business, A-ICE boasts a range of services that combine technical expertise, flexible delivery, and cost-effectiveness based on a deep understanding of how technology can meet the dynamic aviation market’s demands.
A-ICE’s software products, which control essential airport, flight, and passenger operations, can be integrated into multi-provider IT systems or deployed as a self-contained suite of cloud-based applications (Airport in Cloud). Designed to be user-friendly, the products offer near plug-and-play functionality to reduce startup time, enhance operational efficiency, and minimize costs.
At the GHI Conference, A-ICE will be demonstrating its potent suite of ground-handling technologies, including its Baggage Reconciliation System (A-BRS), Handling Database (A-HDB), and Weight and Balance System (A-WBS). This software simplifies the management of crucial processes through automation, providing complete real-time visibility throughout the ground-handling cycle.
